Guitar Super Stars – Online Rock Guitar Lessons

Click HERE to Visit Learn And Master Guitar

A person can learn how to play rock guitar in three ways – paying a personal guitar teacher to teach him, buying a guitar learning self-help book, and visiting a website that provides online rock guitar lessons.

Paying for one-on-one guitar lessons is a good option, but it can be very expensive in the long run. You may also find it difficult to fit the lessons into your day’s schedule, seeing that you have to fix the exact time of the lessons with your teacher in advance. Guitar teaching books, on the other hand, may not be very helpful as it is basically impossible to learn an instrument by simply reading about it. On the contrary, online lessons are very efficient and effective mainly because they cost less. A whole line of video guitar lessons will probably cost you less than two to three hours at a personal guitar teacher. Also, you can play whenever you feel like it and at your own pace.

Online rock guitar lessons are available all over the web, and you can be learning from them within minutes. But if you are looking to choose the right online guitar lesson for you, you have to consider the following things:

First is to beware of expensive courses that won’t work for you and to find budget courses instead. Find the right one at a price that you are prepared to pay. Second is to find one that is taught by a rock guitarist or is aimed at the electric guitar. Third is to look for a course that will teach you things that excite or interest you. This way, you will be motivated and determined to learn.

Most importantly, an ideal online rock guitar lesson gives genuine rock guitar techniques that were tried and tested first hand.

Santana Caravanserai Rock Music CD Review

Click HERE to Visit Learn And Master Guitar

Caravanserai is the latest release from Rock Superstar Santana, and I can only think of one word to describe it… AWESOME!

I wish it weren’t the case but, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Caravanserai. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Santana possesses the characteristic of being able to win you over with him talent alone. The kind of artist I really enjoy listening to.

I’m of the opinion that Caravanserai is certainly Santana’s best work in a few years. A totally enjoyable CD and an outstanding release. What I call must have music. I give it two thumbs up because it’s a collection that even the casual Rock fan can appreciate and enjoy.

While this entire CD is really very good the truly standout tunes are track 4 – Just In Time To See The Sun, track 6 – All The Love Of The Universe, and track 10 – Every Step Of The Way.

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 10 – Eternal Caravan Of Reincarnation. This is a great track!

Caravanserai Release Notes:

Santana originally released Caravanserai on September 30, 2003 on the Legacy Recordings label.

CD Track List Follows:

1. Eternal Caravan Of Reincarnation 2. Waves Within 3. Look Up (To See What’s Coming Down) 4. Just In Time To See The Sun 5. Song Of The Wind 6. All The Love Of The Universe 7. Future Primitive 8. Stone Flower 9. La Fuente Del Ritmo 10. Every Step Of The Way

Santana: Carlos Santana (vocals, guitar, percussion); James Mingo Lewis (vocals, piano, bongos, congas, percussion); Rico Reyes (vocals); Doug Rauch (guitar, bass); Douglas Rodrigues, Neal Schon (guitar); Hadley Caliman (saxophone); Gregg Rolie (piano, organ); Wendy Haas, Tom Coster (piano); Tom Rutley (acoustic bass); Mike Shrieve (drums); Jose “Chepito” Areas (bongos, timbales); Armando Peraza (bongos, percussion); Lenny White (castanets).

Recorded in 1972. Originally released on Columbia (31610). Includes liner notes by Hal Miller.
