Scott Hamilton Late Night Christmas Eve Jazz Music CD Review

Late Night Christmas Eve is the latest release from Jazz Superstar Scott Hamilton, and is another winner by this talented musician.

It’s a rare day indeed that I get a CD from an artist that I can truthfully say does not have a bad track in the bunch. I’m more than happy to announce that’s exactly what I must say about this one. There simply is NOT a bad one in the bunch. No fillers here at all, with each song standing tall on it’s own.

Late Night Christmas Eve is a pleasantly varied, mix of 11 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly outstanding artist. Most of the songs display a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Clearly drawing from what I can only imagine are him own personal experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions like love, and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard.

If you’re a Scott Hamilton fan, or just a fan of Jazz music this is a CD your collection simply should not be without.

While this entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 3 – Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, track 8 – Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, and track 11 – Christmas Love Song

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – The Christmas Song. Wow!

Jamorama Guitar Lessons Review

Jamorama probably the biggest selling guitar study program on the net. Over 35,000 people have used it to learn to play guitar. Why? I decided to check it out. Upon purchasing Jamorama, you get instant access to the program. This is key because when you buy it, you are “hot” to start practicing. The problem when you are waiting for delivery through the mail is, you can start to lose a little bit of interest. So this feature is great.

Free Lessons click here

4 E-Books become available to you when you order. If you are a beginner, just start with book 1. As you become more advanced, you move through the program. Players with more experience cam start at Jamorama book 2 or 3.

Some of the topics Ben Edwards will teach you are: moveable barre chords, 7th chords, the different types of sus chords and chord progressions. For scales you will learn major and minor scales and pentatonic scales. This way you can be working on your soloing and developing that area of guitar playing.

I think one of the best features of the whole package is the 148 videos so you can see and hear the examples to check if you are doing them right. Also you can tell what needs more work. This is a priceless feature. It’s like having a teacher at your side 24/7.

Along with all of this, you also receive and incredible amount of bonuses for free. Included with Jamorama are:

Toni Braxton More Than a Woman Pop Music CD Review

More Than A Woman is the latest release from Pop Superstar Toni Braxton, and is another great one from this talented musician.

Unfortunately, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with More Than A Woman. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

These days it’s a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.

Overall More Than A Woman is a solid release. Quite possibly Toni Braxton’s best to date. Really spectacular from beginning to end. If you’re even mildly into Pop music you’ll enjoy this album.

While this entire album is outstanding the truly standout tunes are track 1 – Let Me Show You The Way, track 8 – Do You Remember When, and track 12 – Always.

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 3 – A Better Man. Great track!
