Probably, if you practice every day for quite a while. It really helps.
Also, a guitar with the strings very close to the fretboard is a lot easier to play.
you have to specify what u mean by master, if you want to be the best ever, than it will take you, depending on your skills, atleast 30 years, and to master it as in know all the chords, etc it is possible, but not probable.
Learn? Yes? Master? No. Not unless you have some freakish amount of natural talent. Even the best in the world took more than a year to “master” the instrument, and I bet you none of them would tell you they are done learning.
